Chicken Picatta: Sautéed chicken breast with diced tomatoes, fresh asparagus and capers in a lemon wine sauce.

Citrus Tilapia: Pan seared with sautéed shrimp in a fresh orange glaze.

Grilled Vegetable Pasta: An assortment of grilled vegetables served over angel hair pasta with a homemade pomodoro sauce

Cancun Chicken: Chicken breast topped with sautéed shrimp, asparagus tips and tomatoes in a sherry cream sauce. Served over rice pilaf with chef vegetables.
